There is a soothing warmth on the nose from the burnt toffee aroma. The golden syrup and vanilla come through clearly on the palate with a smoothness and complexity from the underlying rum characteristics, cleverly balanced with sweetness.

Wonderfully balanced with clean flavours that never once feel synthetic. The notes of honey and vanilla are comforting, and a suggestion of liquorice adds equilibrium.
